1. Shipping Policy (For Physical Products)

We ship spiritual products such as bracelets, Rudraksh, gemstones, candles, and other healing tools across India.

Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is shipped.

Shipping Time:

• Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location and courier partner.

• We currently only offer prepaid orders for smooth and secure transactions.

• We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Partner:

• We use trusted third-party courier services. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Services & Courses Delivery Policy (Digital Offerings)

We offer a variety of spiritual services and courses such as tarot readings, energy healing, Reiki, angel therapy, manifestation rituals, and more.

Delivery of Services:

• Services such as readings and healings are usually scheduled based on mutual availability.

• Once your booking is confirmed, details of your session (timing, instructions, etc.) will be sent via WhatsApp or email.

• For distance healings, feedback and healing updates are shared post-session.

Delivery of Courses:

• Courses are delivered online through live Zoom/Google Meet classes or via recorded video links depending on the course structure.

• PDF notes, class links, and resources will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

• You will receive lifetime access to the course recordings (if mentioned in course details).
