1. Digital Services & Courses

At Neeraj Dwivedi, we offer various spiritual services and online courses including tarot reading, healing sessions, Reiki, angel therapy, and spiritual training. Due to the nature of these services, we do not offer returns or refunds once the service has been initiated or the course has begun.

Cancellations

• Service sessions (e.g., tarot reading, healing, consultation): Can be cancelled before we begin the work. No cancellations are accepted once the session is initiated or energy work has started.

• Courses: You may cancel your course up to 24 hours before the first class/session date to receive a full refund. After that, no refund or cancellation will be possible.

2. Physical Spiritual Products

We occasionally sell physical spiritual products such as bracelets, Rudraksh, gemstones, and candles. These items are eligible for return and refund only if they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Return Conditions:

• You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.

• A 360-degree unboxing video from the time of opening the parcel is mandatory as proof of damage or defect.

• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the return conditions.

Refund Method:

• Refunds for eligible physical product returns will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product and verify the issue.
